Same as Mr Evaristo's comment. Is this applicable to primary and secondary education? All resources in the internet point to just the tertiary level. This provision is in the CHED manual, not the manual for private schools. Also, was there a DepEd order/memo instructing schools to implement this? I know CHED does, what about DepEd? TIA for the clarification.

Sa HB 6799 hindi naman sinasabi na wag magbayad, huwag lang sa panahon ng exam na nakakacreate ng truma at added stress sa mga students. May mga skul naman na nagpapatupad ng ganun matagal na at nagooperate pa rin naman. Ang isa pa masyadong malaki ang kinikita ng mga university. Ung iba nga nglaland pa sa top corporations. at yun tama ka na kailangan manawagan ng mas mataas na budget sa educ.

You don't know what you are talking about. You don't seem to understand how system works in the real word. You don't need to have a formal high education to know this fact. Common sense is all it need! Don't you have it?.

Your school is absolutely right! I am not with Administration of any school but just a citizen with a rational mind. Education is a right of every Filipino and nobody is suppressing that right! But there is always cost associated with it.

Even if you know, do you think CHED can help you? Is it willing to make promissory notes for you? I doubt! All it can do is to make an appeal, nothing more or less.

It is not a law yet and it will never be! If students don't pay their tuition fees on time, how do we expect schools to operate? CHED memo is only an appeal and I think schools have the discretion to abide by it. You better ask your representative to file a bill in congress for our government to set a fund to finance the higher education of all Filipinos for free. But do you think our government can afford just that!

i know this bill really helps pero bakit pa bha to kinkailangang i push? mrami pang ibang problemang kinakaharap ang pilipinas. bakit hindi natin bigyang pansin ang kabataang walang matirhan at walang makain? ang mga batang namumuhay sa sariling sikap dahil wala nang mga magulang. lets keep our eyes, mind and heart open. we always pass diff. kinds of bills wala naman ding natatanggap. hows the divorce and rh bill? but if this ANDRES BONIFACIO bill is for the youth then lets focus on this hindi yung ang rami nating binibigyang pansin. we cant serve two masters at a time.

sige tama suportahan natin sya. hayaan nating magka budget cut sa mga suc's... ke sejodang hindi na makakapag aral ang maraming mga kabataan... that is for the good of our country... makakabuti nga naman kung hindi na sila mag aaral... dadami ang adik, dadami ang holdaper etc. etc. makakabuti iyon sa pilipinas...

sa finals naman, bawal na ang promisory notes. (kinunan ko ng picture ung announcement nila last sem na nakapaskil sa cashier namin.)

isa pa. pinagbabayad rin nila kami ng processing fees twing nagpapa-drop o change kami ng schedules ng subjects namin kahit na sila ang may kasalanan sa magulo nilang schedules. maliit lang ang fee pero hindi naman tama na kasalanan nila kami ang magshoulder ng expenses.

meron din silang "no work, no pay" policy (para sa part time, hindi lang sure sa full-time instructors). dalawang beses umabsent ung instructor namin sa isang major subject pero wala silang ipinalit na substitute instructor. katumbas ng dalawang absent na un ay six meetings dahil once a week lang ang class namin dun. six meetings ang nalugi sa amin at wala kaming natutunan kahit na ano. SOBRANG UNFAIR!!! sa bulsa lang nila napunta ung binayad naming buo para sa six meetings na un. nagtry class namin na pakiusapan ung school kung pwede kaming magmake up class dun dahil nga major subject. ang sagot lang nila sa amin hindi daw kami ang dapat na mag-ayos ng make up class kundi ung instructor namin. wala silang pakialam kung makapag-make up class kami o hindi.
